1. Your Name/Company Name.
2. Where you are based.
3. How your business can benefit someone else.
4. What specifically you are looking for.
5. Description of your business (no more than two sentences).
6. Present your business card or flyer to the person you are communicating with.

Remember Business Networking is not about selling your business it is about building relationships.
